The Budget Lodge Downtown Phoenix is a ten minute walk from the convention center and the US Airways Arena. It is in a great downtown location with numerous restaurants and shops. Although it is a fairly basic hotel, prior guests appreciated the clean and spacious rooms and the free wi-fi. Rooms also had microwaves, fridges and cable TV with HBO. Staff are described as courteous and helpful.
