Guests at this hotel were pleased with the location, which is very close to lots of upscale shopping and dining, but some noted that the freeway access to Lincoln Street is tricky to navigate. Guests praised the beautiful surrounding scenery, with spectacular mountain sunset views, as well as the hotel's recommended walking trail. The rooms are luxurious, with very comfortable beds. Previous guests really liked the assortment of different pillows. The bedding also includes a fluffy duvet comforter and high-quality sheets. The robes and bath towels in the bathroom were also noted to be very upscale, and guests liked that the bathrooms were stocked with luxury toiletries. Some rooms and bungalows included a patio or balcony, which guests really enjoyed for appreciating the beautiful scenery.
