Lake Havasu City is known as "Arizona's Playground" due to 10 months of sunshine a year and a vast array of activities to enjoy. One of the most famous landmarks is the London Bridge. The actual bridge was brought from England and reassembled on the lake. The lake itself has 60 miles of coastline and many visitors enjoy renting boats, jet-skis and kayaks or taking guided tours of the lake. Many companies offer jeeps, hummers, SUVs and ATVs to explore the dunes, canyons, deserts and mountains of the surrounding areas. In the spring of every year, off-road games and sidewinder runs take place every weekend for two weeks.
