Decked with both an on-site restaurant, as well as an Irish pub, the hotel also contains a state-of-the-art sauna, spa, and fitness center (all equipped with views of the river). Visitors indulged in Novotel’s underground parking option, 24-hour room service, and on-site foreign currency exchange. Directly situated near the city’s public transportation system, guests also appreciated the ‘free bus,’ which picks up/drops off tourists at various ‘hotspots’ around town. Those who left underwhelmed found the hotel in dire need of an upgrade, and the room’s cleanliness standards sub par.
